Training

About DMAC Martial Arts Training™:

All martial arts training provided by DMAC is of a serious nature and is comprised of two main areas of concentration: Personal Development and Physical Safety. Basic adult training will prepare students to recognize, avoid, and escape from the most common threats to physical safety. Advanced students will be able to demonstrate defenses against punching, kicking, strangulation, body grabs, grappling, blunt objects, projectile weapons, edged weapons, multiple attackers, and any combination of the above. Once a student becomes proficient at the core techniques they can begin to learn the entire system of techniques, principles, strategies, and tactics. Only adults of good character will be accepted into the adult training program. (See Membership)
