Yoga Dover™ is a conditioning program that uses yoga poses, core strengthening exercises, breath training and martial arts conditioning strategies to offer whole body fitness. Both yoga and the martial arts taught at our school include modes of self-healing that aim to dissolve stress and increase complete body awareness. Both practices also strive to awaken energy, within the body.

The dynamic exercises used in our Yoga Dover™ classes heal, stretch and strengthen your whole body. They are incredible for relieving muscular tension and joint stiffness, healing old injuries, improving flexibility and posture, increasing balance and coordination, all while leaving you feeling relaxed yet stronger.
